「Great value, good location, dinner was very good 」

「Clean and comforable, fine for 1 nights stay en route. It is a shame the motorway services don't do hot food 24/7 as I arrived at 10:30pm and could only get a hot drink from a machine.」

「We were really disappointed on arrival as the hotel was covered in scaffolding and the entrance looked much more like a 1970s multi-storey carpark than a 4* hotel. The stairs (the lift was out of order), reception area and room were very dated. The soundproofing in the bathroom was non-existent (my wife could hear everything next door). Having said that the beds were comfortable, the staff were friendly and the breakfast was ok.」

「1st thing we were told is that they're not going with Expedia anymore as they have issues. Apparently not always told about bookings. Very quiet in restaurant and bar on Saturday night. 」

「It has everything needed for a quick stopover. Rooms clean but a bit dated. Adequate toilet and shower facilities 」

「The staff were all friendly and helpful, the location was perfect for exploring Strarford upon Avon. Parking was convient and the hotel was very cleam with some luxury touches such as really comfortable pillows and impressive AC. A very nice experience.」
