"We had a fantastic stay, it’s perfect for couples - the spa is an absolute must-visit! For just £20 per person, you get two hours of access to a brilliant pool, sauna, steam room, and a tranquil relaxation room. The rooms were spotless, and the complimentary biscuits and coffee on arrival were a lovely touch. Just a £10 Uber into the centre or a brisk 30 minute walk. 15-20 mins to the Albert Docks, it’s straight along the front. All the staff were friendly, polite, and incredibly helpful. Without a doubt, this is the best hotel we've stayed at in Liverpool."

"Parking is a bit silly as it’s not easy to find with directions given. Not too far from hotel though. Only thing we disliked was the windows do not open to let in natural air "
