"A wonderful small apartment in a beautiful village location with everything you can possibly need closeby."

"Great property with all the needed and expected items available. House was beautifully clean for our stay with lovely white bed linen and white large bath towels. Super comfy bed on the top floor and reclining sofa in the lounge. Top floor is reached via a spiral staircase and the bathroom is on the ground floor....both fine for us as clear in the details of the property."

"Beautiful accommodation, friendly and accommodtaing host, ideal for our requirements"

"Nice apartment with everything needed for nice relaxing stay . Very peaceful location and would 100% stay again if in area . "

"Beautiful cottage, very well equipped. Cosy village pub literally on the doorstep but still quiet and peaceful location."

"Clean rooms big spacious and lovely accommodation would definitely revisit again."

"We had a lovely stay. The home was clean and modern and the hosts were thoughtful."

"We stopped in Nettleham overnight as we were going to a gig in Lincoln. Apartment was in a great location for this and with three pubs in the village offered somewhere to get food and drink before heading out. The Apartment was lovely and very clean. The only downside was parking but this was soon resolved by parking in the Coop Car Park next to the property. The Host was wonderful and ensured the kitchen and fridge was stocked upon our arrival. Would definitely stay again and can recommend...
