“Every thing was very tip top”

“Hotel muy bien ubicado”

“Nice hotel with a great location on Brayford. The staff are helpful, rooms clean and comfortable, good breakfast. Only downside is that if you get a connecting room you can hear everything in the next door room!”

“對外交通工具不便，房間蚊蟲很多”

“Breakfast good Room basic but clean Parking good”

“Comfortable ”

“離市中心一般，回酒店時要經過一條很斜很斜的路（Steep Hill），沒有自駕車極不便。 雖然有升降機到達3樓，但經濟房間那邊，仍然要經過約5至6級梯級，要搬運較重的行李箱極不便。 服務員，態度好。剛入住時，天氣非常熱，詢問要把風扇，第2天才有，已是幸運。”

“The room was clean as was the bathroom. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very good”

“it is really nice hotel, staff are nice, food also good.”

“Big room with only one radiator. Room was cold on entry . Put heating on full and room was warm in about 2 hours . 2 single beds pushed into make a double . Spend some money and get a double mattress. Bathroom very adequate and functional. Plenty of parking . Not a bad stay .”

Wifi worked, not all televisions were smart in that couldn't view streaming services. Some rooms still have single glazing, meaning cold and very noisy. The kitchen was okay but missing many things like bowls, poorly equipped. Entrance was unlit, making later arrival difficult as unable to see entrance and unable to enter code. Cleaning……
