“The property itself was fine, had sufficient space inside & was convenient for my family while visiting NOLA. The biggest issue was the code to the room not working upon arrival. I had 4 young children with me in a very unfamiliar place. We had been traveling all day, and had to wait for customer service for over an hour. No accommodation, refund or apology was offered, and it was too late to fimd another room for a family of 6. I'm not too confident I would book this property again.”

“I was concerned that this home might be too small, but it was absolutely perfect. Plenty of room for my husband and I, and so homey and well-appointed. Lovely, quiet location and there are plenty of great spots to go right in the mid-city area. Sheri and Lee were responsive and great to communicate with. We will definitely stay here again!”

“The home is a one side of a duplex. It is shotgun and the front living room has been set up like a bedroom. The mattress in this room is super uncomfortable. I am a side sleeper and tossed and turned all night long. I would wake up every morning and my shoulders and lower back would be killing me. I messaged the owner in VRBO and received an automated response, nothing addressing my concerns. This place has so much potential. Close to some great spots in mid-city, easy access to French Quarter,……

“The facility was not as described. It was dirty, dog hairs on the beds, some of the beds were not made up. The back door was standing wide open with a trash bag full of trash right in the middle of the door. The incense that was burning smelled terrible. 'two of our family members had an immediate allergic reaction to something in the house. It was decorated in a non-family friendly style. The owner was friendly enough but unwilling to make any accommodations or remedies. It was so bad, we……

“The house was perfect for exploring New Orleans and going to Mardi Gras. Kitchen and bath were beautifully appointed and very comfortable beds. Super clean. Host was exceptionally helpful and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. Very quiet and safe feeling neighborhood with restaurants in walking distance. It's one block off the Canal streetcar line that takes you down to the French quarter or up to City Park. Really enjoyed our stay. Thank you. Would definitely stay here again.”
