loves that this hotel is pet friendly and close to the beach, restaurants, attractions and shopping. The staffs are awesome. We will definitely be coming back.

Checking in was an absolute breeze and the the gentleman in there were extremely welcoming. I normally stay in Rehoboth on the beach and I go very often since i have family there but I'll definitely be staying here again. The convince of the bars and restaurants across the street was a major plus and the absolute best thing is that I'm very picky on hotels. This one was extremely clean!! I didn't feel like i had to sanitize anything at all. 5 stars for sure!!!

The place is a bit run down (some ceiling tiles were not in the ceiling & there were quite a few spiders in the room) but for the price, it had everything we needed and was comfy. Great location.

We had a family emergency and had to cut our stay short. This is the third consecutive year we have stayed here. Management was very understanding given our difficult circumstances. We wouldn't stay anywhere else while visiting Dewey Beach/Rehoboth Beach area.

Sleepless in Atlantic Oceanside
The bathroom ceiling had significant tan stains indicating prior water damage and an odor of must. A clawing noise emitted from the hall ceiling next to the bathroom all night indicating nocturnal activity. An altered ceiling tile in the area indicated prior knowledge of same and possible investigation of same. I was exhausted from no sleep. When reporting incident to mgmt, I was offered no compensation.

We were put in a dark musty smelling room at first just an awful room, they did move us, the floor was so dirty and gritty you just crunched when you walked, the motel took away breakfast and cable tv and raised the price for the same time by $203 dollars for each of us from last year! Will not be back never, ever!

Hi I arrived on Wednesday august 23 till the august 26 but I left august 25 afternoon. We were not happy at all, there were no towels available for the entire day on Thursday they kept saying they were waiting for the laundry service to deliver. They were never delivered that day. I had 2 tiny hand towels that we had in the room to dry 4 people from taking showers. Plus using the blow dryer to dry ourselves also. We weren’t able to use the pool that day either because they still had no towels for the pool area either. We finally used the pool on Friday and the water was ice cold and not even heated my kids could t even stay in the pool. We were very unsatisfied with this hotel. So that’s why we didn’t stay till Saturday and left on Friday afternoon.

Hello Natalie,We're sorry your stay was less than stellar. The Towel situation was frustrating which is why we recommend Guests hang and reuse their towels. *It's also good for the environment. Also, our towels are not meant for the Pool or Beach, but we do sell Beach Towels. Our pools can be chilly, as they are not heated. Take care and be well.

Great experience.
We had a great experience! There are two pools, the location is great, and the room was clean. You can’t ask too much more of a beach hotel. Staff was friendly and attached coffee shop a bonus!

Convenient location to local restaurants. Nicely decorated rooms. Bed was on the hard side. Pool area closed at 9pm. (Website said 10pm). No where to sit outside on first floor. There was a deck on the second floor. We were only staying one night to break up a long drive on the way home.
