Perfect family beach home

We had a perfect stay. Beaches aren’t crowded and this place was perfect. Right between Dewey and Rehoboth we were able to take the trolley into Rehoboth.

Springtime at the beach

The house is spacious, gracious, and welcoming. Well-equipped big kitchen made meals a breeze, and we loved how the separate living and conversation areas gave us space to be together or have quiet time apart. Comfy beds and nice bathrooms let us rest and relax. Short walk to the beach, and the extra beach chairs and bikes were great.

Nursing School Survivors

After a graduating from a rigorous nursing program several of my classmates needed a little rest, relaxation and celebration. This house provided ALL of that. It is perfectly located super easy walk to the beach and into town. As a bunch of girls we appreciated how adorable the home was decorated and how perfect the set up was for all of us. The home is more than well equiped with all the beach necessities we could not have been happier. We have decided to make it a early tradition and book again next year!

Beatiful home!

We had a great time on Jersey Street. Plenty of parking, close to the beach, and walking distance to the bars. This house is perfect for multiple families/kids because the rooms sit towards the back of the house! Thanks for having us!!

This house is great! Way bigger than it looks in the photos. Check in was simple, everything was clean and plenty of space for 8 of us for a girls weekend. The bikes were a nice touch and we were in walking distance to everything. The only things to mention: there's no book with all the property info which would be helpful; the sunroof half of the house is a little cooler than the other; and the hot tub could use some maintenance. Otherwise it was wonderful and everyone commented how it was one of their favorite rentals ever! Thanks for letting us stay here for the long weekend.

Adorable cottage

This house was perfect for a weekend away with the girls! The moment we walked in we could not get over how cute the house was! All the decor was adorable! There are different areas to hang out! The kitchen and living g room area and the screened in porch area! More than enough room! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed! The beds were comfy, we used beach chairs and it’s an easy walk to the beach!

This was a nice house. A little chilly. Hot tub couldn't be used. Ad is misleading. The towels were rough. They don't refund you money for destruction. Kinda of wished I broke something, to get my money's worth.

Hot tub filthy

When booking this trip I let them know we wanted to use the hot tub! That was the main reason we picked this location. For being a corporate ran operation it was extremely disappointing how gross it was. When I told them and showed them pictures. "Hello! Thank you for contacting Vacasa, apologies for the missed cleaning in some parts of the home." "From the pictures, I'm unable to identify the issue if you don't mind apart from the hot tub being dirty what else seems to be the issue?" "Would you like for the local staff to come in and have that checked?" I responded with that is all. Really made me feel like they did not give a crap at all. Needless to say. I will never stay at another one of their properties. They really over charge on the cleaning fee. When they don't really clean. I only wish I could share the photos they claim they couldn't see the problem. Yes, it may have been my fault to not have them send a person out again. The fact that they needed to was the problem for me. Also you will have plenty of towels but not a single wash rag!

Dewey Sweet 16 weekend

I rented this for my daughter’s 16th birthday. We were able to comfortably fit her and her friends. They could walk to the beach and downtown Dewey. The house was clean and well equipped for our group. Had a great weekend. The hot tub didn’t have water which was a bummer.

Just Beachy!

Great location! Cute house, comfy couches, and easy beach access! The house was very comfortable, cozy, and relaxing. The outdoor shower was a great addition. There are extra beach chairs and bikes in the shed! We didn't use the grill, but prepare to refill the tank and clean the grill if using. Access to the beach is just across the street, but it's a long walkway in the sand- if you walk half a block down to Cullen street there is a matted walkway for easier access! We didn't use the Jolley Trolley - but it's easily accessible just a few steps down the street. We were able to walk to the bars - use a flashlight at night so you can be seen! There are two rooms and a bathroom on one side and two rooms and a bathroom on the other side. The sun room is not air conditioned, so keep the bedroom doors closed. Overall, we had a relaxing stay and loved the location.

Cute cozy classic beach house

Great kitchen and common areas, perfect location. Very clean and offered all the supplies we needed. (Hot tub needed a clean, though) We were bummed about the late check in, early check out times. Would stay here again!
