Perfect for our group, great location

The location was perfect: so close to beach, close to nightlife, generous parking. Loved having the pool access and 4 decks. Wear and tear throughout, but the many pros outweighed those cons. We had a great stay!!

Perfect beach house for a multigenerational family

We enjoyed the close proximity to the beach access as well as the townhouse amenities like the pool. Kitchen was fully furnished with more than enough cooking supplies . We enjoyed sitting out on the decks in the evenings. Overall very happy and would rent again if we’re ever back in the area. Only reason I’m giving 4 instead of 5 stars; there was some cosmetic damage with flooring/trim on and around the stairs.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Joe was great, facility not so much. Lacks thorough cleaning to include air vents. Multiple malfunctioning doors.
