“Great hospitality. We had a beautiful room upstairs. Very comfortable and we slept well.”

“Only hotel that I saw in the area, but well worth the price! The owners keep everything shipshape! The pool looked so inviting but we didn’t swim. We walked a lot at historical sites and museums so we didn’t work out but they have a small one that looked very clean! Front desk people were super friendly and helpful… our room/bathroom was clean and bed very comfortable!”

“The lady that checked us in was friendly. Way out of date rooms. Chair in room was stained all over and you can see dirt stains. Side doors are broken so anyone can just walk in. Window opened by 1 of the stairs with broken screen. Room 217, where we stayed, no screen on window. Hot/ warm shower lasts about 1 - 2 minutes. The freezer has not been defrosted in several months. Paid $327 for 1 night. 20 minutes from Liberty University for my daughter's graduation. Now I see why they were half the……

“It was an awful stay!!! 1. The web site stayed they have shuttle service to Liberty University. They did not and was told to take an Uber. That one of the major reason for me to stay at the La Quinta Later was told by a staff member they don't have enough staff to provide the service anymore. 2. Let see what did not work. The phone. Had to get a new one. The TV remote. Had to get a new one. The bath tub did not drain properly nor did the sink by the vanity. They fixed it. They said they did……

“ We stayed at the hotel from May 15-17. We were completely not satisfied with our stay due to the lack of cleanliness, lack of water pressure, and unsanitary issues we experienced in our room. To summarize: + the bed looked like it was slept in when we checked in + there was brown water in the ice container + there was a lot of hair strands in the sink and on the toilet + there were large wet stains as we entered the room. + the towels had brown and black stains on them. + the water pressure……

“The room was very small. I think young people would like it. Shower was awkward. The most disappointing thing was that I chose it because the site said something about coffeeshop/Cafe and I thought that would make a 2 day stay easier. The coffee shop was the typical big carafes on a table that most motels have now and the Cafe was some snacks like chips and bottled drinks. The breakfast was ok.”

“As a Hilton Honors member, I was very pleased with my experience at check-in. The gentleman who assisted me was extremely friendly, helpful, and positive. The property itself was clean, contemporary, spacious, and very welcoming. Upon departure, I like to stop by the front desk to confirm there are no additional charges on my room and to request a printed receipt. In the past at another property, I experienced an issue where my card was charged for a room that had been paid for with reward……

“Timberlake Motel was a great place to stay for graduation weekend at Liberty University. Nice to be away from the congestion but easy access to get on campus. The staff and owner went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed each day and they were always available to answer questions. This motel was very clean and so easy to maneuver through. I highly recommend it for graduation weekend and any other busy weekend in the area!”
