「The hotel staff was amazing! The hotel has potential but we had a couple incidents - Water was locked off twice - We called and it was rectified in a couple of minutes tho. We requested housekeeping on the second day of our stay - they forgot and it had to be put off to the next day. The hotel is surrounded by mangrove so...

「I wouldn’t call this hotel. It’s closer to a hostel. I reserved the hotel for two nights, but it was so bad. I left after one night even though I paid for two.」

「I booked a room for my mom at the Bacolet Beach resort as an early Christmas gift. From the moment I saw the pictures of the room she was assigned I was terribly disappointed almost to the point of writing the hotel to assign her a different room. 「Rooms were clean and comfy. Staff, well there’s not a front desk but when called for assistance it was given pleasantly. Pool was clean, the game room was out of order the day I was gonna use it with my family so that sucked. But overall was a nice stay」
