"The first room we had needed quite a bit of work, but the front desk manager was wonderful and the room we were moved to was perfect, comfortable and clean. I think it was an oversight or miscommunication on the readiness of the first room. So, no big deal. They seem to be family owned, but I am not sure. So, if you are not comfortable with your room, let them know. They are wonderful to work with. You just need to be aware that they are a small team. Your patience will make your stay as you anticipate it should be. It was a great price compared to other hotels in the area. "
