“Everything about chalet Sulegg was as expected in terms of accommodations. Very clean and comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. We did a little laundry too.The view was breathtakingly stupendous! Changing all day with clouds coming and going. The walk up and down is pretty extreme, 200 vertical feet in about a third of a mile. We took a cab up on departure day with luggage, 25 CHF, worth every penny. I would recommend taking a cab down on your first day, the driver knows……

“Chalet Rana was absolutely perfect for our visit. We stayed along with our 3 adult kids. Home was spotless and stocked with lots of amenities. The views from the deck were spectacular-especially for this Chicago family. Sabine was an amazing host. “This location was just perfect - the view alone would have sold us, but the house also was very clean, and was located right across from the bus stop. Xiufen was extremely responsive and set us up on advance with the Panorama pass which makes most bus trips free, and gives discounts on some attractions. Suggest to take train to Thun and bus to the location. Close to a walking suspension bridge and nice trail, also close to an extensive cave system worth visiting. ”

“Great location and view of the Mountains. Easy walk to nearby trails. There was a Full kitchen which was great. There was great attention to details which greatly improved our stay! The clothes dryer was a bit slow to dry and needed multiple attempts but otherwise everything was amazing! ”

“My wife celebrated her 80th birthday while here. This trip was her lifelong dream. Our three sons made all the travel arrangements and other than the trip over and back we couldn’t have done more to make this dream a reality. The accommodations were great and the location stunning. The wx was great, we only had a few hit & miss showers over two days. Not much we could complain about. We would not try to discourage anyone from staying here. Thanks to the owners & VRBO.”

"The hotel is right by the bus stop Jungfraustrasse, you can easily walk to Interlaken West train station—superb convenient. Tbh we booked this hotel last minute so it may be expensive, but the staff were really friendly and helpful. The hotel room only had triple type J sockets, and none of my adapters fit! Fortunately, the staff quickly brought us adaptors, which was awesome."
