The Space:
Welcome to Lakeside Retreat, your peaceful recently updated abode nestled along the pristine shores of Lake Dillon, Colorado! Our charming 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo is meticulously designed to offer a relaxing retreat amidst the breathtaking Rocky Mountains. As you step inside, the warmth of the gas fireplace in the spacious living room invites you to unwind on the large sectional, which also serves as a sleeper sofa. The adjoining dining area, with a 6-seater dining table, is perfect for memorable meals and conversations. The kitchen is a chef's delight, equipped with everything you need to cook up your favorite meals for the entire family.

As the day winds down, retreat to the large primary suite where oversized window allows the natural mountain air and light to flow in. Your private balcony is the perfect spot to savor a cup of coffee as you soak up the tranquil scenery. For those who love the outdoors, the recreation path behind the property is perfect for a morning jog, bike ride or leisurely stroll along the lakeshore.

Location is everything, and Lakeside Retreat is just a short walk away from the Amphitheater, Marina, Tiki Bar, a variety of shops, restaurants, and a convenient bus stop. The nearby Summit Stage bus stops can whisk you away to the ski havens of Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, Breckenridge, and Copper Mountain. Additionally, Dillon park has PickleBall from mid-May through September located one block away from the condo!

Unwind after a long day of adventure in the pool, relax in the cedar sauna or soak in the indoor hot tub.

Explore 55 miles of scenic, paved pathways connecting towns, resorts, and recreational areas throughout Summit County. Perfect for cyclists, runners, walkers, families, and visitors, the Recpath offers a safe, car-free way to enjoy the outdoors. The RecPath connects to other paved pathways in Vail.Eagle County as well as many off-road trails.

Venture a little farther to explore Dillon Town Park, Walter Byron Park, Sapphire Point, Breckenridge Ski Resort, or take a scenic drive to Vail Ski Resort and Winter Park Resort. The Lakeside Retreat is not just a stay, but an experience. It’s just a short drive or FREE Summit Stage bus ride to world-famous ski resorts, and close to some of Colorado’s tallest and most beautiful peaks. No matter the season, there’s always something exciting to do for everyone in the family!

******Please note, as of 1/1 - though spring, the elevator will be undergoing maintenance and will be down during your stay. Access to the condo requires a flight of stairs, so please reach out if you have any questions relating to the elevator outage. Additionally, starting as of third week of September through November, our building will be undergoing exciting upgrades to enhance the overall guest experience. These improvements include fresh paint, new carpeting, tile installation, and an elevator modernization. This work will occur in the hallways and lobby, and will not impact the interior of the condo.******

Guest Access:
During your stay at Lakeside Retreat, the entire condo is exclusively yours to enjoy. We encourage you to make yourself at home, embrace the comfort and tranquility, and create cherished memories in your own private haven amidst the Rockies. Your serene getaway awaits!

Other Things to Note:
Lakeside Retreat resides in a vintage building that has been professionally maintained to ensure a comfortable and safe environment for all our guests. We kindly ask you to extend courtesy towards our friendly neighbors by maintaining a peaceful ambiance during your stay. Your consideration helps keep the community spirit harmonious and welcoming for everyone.

The fireplace is only available during ski season.

No smoking or vaping at or around this community, including in the unit, in the building, on the patios, walkways, lawns, pool areas, or parking lot. There is no where on property at all that smoking/vaping is tolerated. There will be a $250 fine *per instance* for smoking or vaping anywhere on property and this WILL be enforced.
