"The resort fee is bull spit. My reservation was for a non smoking room. The moment we walked in, we might as well have slept in the mouths of one of the Olsen twins. Nothing but the stench of cigarette smell to punch you in the face. When I asked front desk for a new room, I was told there was nothing available. Lucky for us we made our 2 day reservation a month in advance or we would have had to sleep elsewhere. We only used the room for the three S's. Also, I think we got high on our last...

"I have stayed at this hotel so frequently over the last 30 years. It is maintained always clean. Staff is polite and always extremely helpful! Near several restaurants walking distance! Conroy is always so kind and always makes sure my ailing mom over the years has her pool view and extra blankets. "

"Good location. Outrageous price for the daily pool use. Especially being charged for it the first day when you can only use the pool for a few hours. Needs updating. But otherwise, the staff were friendly. Avoid the scammer in the lobby trying to get you to do a time share presentation. For Disney/Universal tickets. "
