「We had really bad experience during last night.when we really exhausted after walk all day at the park and back to the room around 8:00 pm, we couldn't enter the room because the card doesn’t work, and we have to go downstairs with all my bag looking for help. Luckily I found a nice staff who found a specialist opened the door for us and tell me there’ll be someone send a new card to me. So we wait at room thought we will get the card a couple of minutes then we could go to the pool to get some...

「Great location, beautiful spacious apartment, comfortable beds/space. It was well appointed with kitchen items, bathroom, and laundry. The apartment floors were a little dirty and there really needed to be a fan in the 2nd bedroom. It was pretty stuffy in there with the thermometer limited to 72 at night. The AC unit was a little loud but cooled well. Unfortunately, the pool was too packed to enjoy, and the gym that didn't open until 9am was also packed. The gym was well appointed, and there...

「We had a great stay; we are a family of 4 with two older teens. Our unit was clean and well stocked comfortable and modern . The washer/dryer combo was a little tricky, but we figured it fairly quickly. We did spend an afternoon at the clubhouse and it was fine. They do mot allow outside food or drink. Drink/food lines were long, and it was quite crowded, but we made do. We were about 25 minutes from universal, which was our main reason for stating. I would definitely stay again!!」
