“This basement studio apartment is very clean and presented as pictured. The neighborhood is quiet and easy to locate. Host provided thoughtful touches such as bottled water and snacks, which is always nice to have after a day of travel. There were plenty of clean towels and linens, along with bath soap and shampoo in the shower.I would note that entering the apartment requires walking down a narrow set of twelve steps, something to consider if you have mobility concerns. “The room was great. It was clean and met our needs. However, the traffic outside was so loud and there were only cheap blinds on the windows. So light shown in the room all night. I slept with ear plugs and an eye mask on. Also, it is campus housing for several colleges. On the weekend, there was a lot of noise and the floor smelled of weed. However, everything was clean and well furnished and it was close to a metro.”

“Good location and reasonably comfortable. Air-conditioning wasn't so effective and pillows were quite lumpy. Dissappointed that car parking was not included, especially as the car park was empty and daily charge was significantly higher and less safe than nearby garages. Overall it was an ok experience but could have been better.”
