“The reception at night didn’t give a clear instruction on how we park our car when we already arrived very late. He can’t speak English very well so we can’t communicate smoothly. Also, the reception at daytime was not keen in answering our questions, which was not we expect for a “four-star” hotel.”

“The hotel has a beautiful dining room and outdoor space. The rooms were also great. We really enjoyed how close we were to the museums and water. The staff helped arrange transport by taxi to the airport very early in the morning. They added breakfast bags which were a nice treat for our early start. The breakfast at the hotel is delicious!”
