A large supermarket and McDonalds nearby with around 8 minutes walk, very convenient when we wanted to cook dinner ourselves using the mini kitchen. Camping Fusina provided us with easy on the wallet accommodations that were a seven minute walk to a water taxi that got us to Venice in 20 minutes each day. We rented a private camper "trailer", and were just a little surprised that it shared a wall with other campers. (Think townhouse trailer.) This wasn't such a big deal but it's worth noting that whenever the people next door moved around it did...

One recommendation for the hotel is to change the tub-shower door/barrier as they only have the 1/3 screen barrier. If one isn’t super careful when showering, water ends up all over the floor. Massimo was very attentive in communicating and offered up some information on Venice, local grocery, very precise directions from the train station to the apartment. "Great location! 10 minute walk to Rialto bridge and St Mark's Square, and water busses available everywhere. Hotel room was huge with king size bed in the loft. There was even a small kitchenette and refigerator. We also had a balcony with gray pavilion views. Checkin and checkout was easy! The bathrooms in Italy are always a challenge with toilets flushing and hot water for showers, but nothing against the location. Would definitely stay here again! "

"My party only stayed for 2 nights, so this apartment was adequate for our needs. There is only a/c in the bedroom and nowhere else, so we could not hang out in the living room. It was fine for us because we were pretty much gone all day. Beds were comfortable. Communication was challenging at times as we tried to arrange transportation to and from the airport, but all worked out in the end."

"This is our third time renting the apartment. We are always pleased with the communication with the host and her support. There was a bit of a problem with one of the showers (drain backup) but I’m sure it will be fixed as the host is very responsive to any issues. I highly recommend this apartment."

"The staff were very welcoming. Everyone spoke English with me which was great since I didn’t know nearly enough Italian to get by. The room was quaint. Not quite what I expected but very nice.
