"We really enjoyed our stay at this resort! I thought I had booked a different room than I did because all the same pictures are on all the rooms. So, I would suggest they change the pictures to give a more accurate depiction of what you are getting. The rooms were nice but standard for a beach hotel. The beds were comfortable. The hot tubs on the balcony are a great touch. The food was good. Just be sure to make your reservations for the specialty restaurants right away. The beach is beautiful! There was a large college crowd when we stayed which we could have done without. They took over the whole place. Large selection of pools and plenty to do. The spa was lovely. All in all, it was a great value for our money. I think I may book here again. "

"The facity and the service was excellent. The buffet was really good with tons of seafood options and made to order. The game room was awesome and free. There are a la carte restaurants thatbyou need to book ahead. The best thing was the all day coffee shop. The beach is kept very clean. "

"Everything was incredible! It was very clean, while they cleaned our rooms they would even put cute little designs and flowers on the bed after leaving them a tip. The staff was so friendly and kind and took care of us. It was an experience I’d love to go back to. I’m going to be planning another trip soon. Everything was excellent!"

"We truly enjoyed staying at the Majestic Elegance. The rooms were very comfortable, clean ( the cleaning crew comes by to clean our rooms 2 times/day), amazing! The food was okay to good, and some restaurants had really good-quality food that tasted amazing. But most importantly, the people who work there are friendly and genuine—shoutout to Oscar at the Flavor and the Gourmand restaurants (we can call him our friend). Oscar is really professional, personal, and friendly, and all of those good qualities are just at the right amount. We truly enjoy chatting with him. He is attentive to all of his customers, not only us, but when he stopped by our table, he managed to make it memorable for us. Marcos at the piano bar was another person, we are not drinkers, but we had to stop by his bar every night just to chat with him. A couple more people to mention were the staff who work at the main gathering place. When my heels accidentally got stuck in the drain catcher, many staff members quickly came over to help get it out ( we didn't catch their names). We were so appreciative that they all made our experience and vacation unforgettable. Everyone worked hard at the Majestic; they seemed to work long hours as well, but remained pleasant, and that is the true charm of this place, which makes us want to go back to the Dominican Republic and to stay at the Majestic Elegance again. This is our first time, but we will surely go back to visit our friends Oscar and Marcos again. "
