Die Gastgeber waren unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit, und ich habe mich sofort willkommen gefühlt. Die Zimmer waren gemütlich und sauber, und die Atmosphäre war sehr heimelig. “這次4天的住宿體驗十分差，一入房間發現多隻烏蠅及蚊子，而且房間空調長期處於27度，電視不能開，燈也是壞的。多次到前台給服務人員查詢，他們不是說沒有人可以處理，就是說天氣太熱房間太大沒冷氣是正常的（但同行團隊都是涼快的），我們熱得每晚也是開自己的小風扇才能勉強入睡。由於房間燈是壞的，入黑後房間都十分陰暗，整個人都不太舒服。我們嘗試提出換房間的要求，但經理David 總是說full house不能換，但到第二天早上八點另一員工爽快地給我們換了一間同層，但可惜房內情況是一樣的！”
