“Hotel was fine for the price. Breakfast catered mainly for Chinese & Vietnamese tourists. Bathroom was flooded after every shower which took some time for the water to go. ”

“Das Zimmer hatte kein Fenster-diesbezüglich keine Info bei der Buchung! Kein Frühstück- die Angabe ist falsch!Die Wände sind nass und dementsprechend riecht das Zimmer. Die Matratze sind sehr hart.Der Kühlschrank zu laut. An zwei Tagen hatten wir kein warmes Wasser. Das Personal war sehr nett und freundlich.Wir haben jeden Tag ein kleines Wasser bekommen , mit dem Kaffee waren sie aber sehr sparsam ,es gab 2 Portionen Nescaffe für 6 Übernachtungen. “The hotel is excellent. It's 1.8km from the town city and around 10km from Tam Coc. The town is very safe and well lit. We rented a bike and had no issues at all. There are a few convenience stores around, but you need to go into town for a decent coffee. The hotel manager is excellent and very helpful. Breakfast pho is superb. It is situated next to a field on a quiet road. It is peaceful and very clean. Highly recommended.”

“We had a such a great stay here. We actually stayed an extra night we loved the place so much. We would have stayed longer but we had to move on. We are certainly going to come back to this spot the next time we are in Ninh Binh. The place is very new and everything seems chosen with care. Beds were very comfy and the rooms/cabins were very quite. The owners are super nice and very attentive. They are very handy at using Google translate to get past any language barrier.
