「Helpful staff, nice clean room, great breakfast! And its pet friendly!」

「We booked this stay based on their pictures and rating. However when we arrived the power was out and had been most of the day. They were not able to wash the bedding but later said they went to the local laundry mat and wash everything. They reached out later in the day to say the power was back on and we could check in. There were no other available hotels at this point so we were forced to stay here. After checking in we went straight to the room. The hallway leading to the room had sections...

「Property was a little hard to find Google Maps don’t take you right to it but once you find it is clean and quiet.」

「I was flying into Birmingham airport and going to stay here since I was still a few hours from home. I booked the room two months in advance. My original landing time was 6pm. My flight got delayed and I immediately called the hotel and talked with a lady at the front desk. I told her that my flight was delayed and I would be a late arrival, please don’t give my room away. 「Restroom needs to be cleaned out a little more biside that it was a good service」

「The room was okay, nothing special. The shower was small and simple.」

「Lost all power to receptacles lamps in the bedroom and lamps in the living room and all I was told we turned in a work order. I thought that was pretty sorry.」

「TV was hard to use they fixed it one time but never did after that so had to 8 hrs out of 2 night stay. Alot of bugs. Don't leave any food open.」

「Poor maintenance overall the hotel was dirty stains on the walls staff not helpful」

「The staff at this Drury Inn were wonderful. I needed help printing a parking pass for an event and they were so helpful. I also shared an elevator with a staff maintenance man and he noticed my luggage cart was falling apart and he stopped everything and fixed it in minutes for me. They really seemed to are about their guests and that is exactly how I felt is a guest they cared about. I love the breakfast and dinner. It seemed to be quality.」
