“Schöne Wohnung, schöne Aussicht, sehr sauber, Küche perfekt eingerichtet, leider konnte man im Masterbedroom(Bett 140x188 aber Matratze 135x175) nur alleine Schlafen, denn es ist gerade mal ein Teenybed, Füsse lagen in der Luft - schade, kann man für Leute ab 167cm nicht empfehlen. Das andere Bett im 2. Zimmer Matratze schlecht. Erfreulicherweise haben wir noch Bettwäsche gefunden. Also gut schlafen war einfach nicht - und das im Urlaub, nächtes mal wieder Hotel”

“Die Unterkunft hat meinen Erwartungen übertroffen. Top Zustand und schöne Einrichtung. Das Bett (1.40) und Zimmer ist eher klein gehalten, hat mich aber nicht gestört. Preis-Leistung ist hervorragend, vorallem ist die Lage gleich am See und in Fussnähe zum Zentrum. Ich hab noch zusätzlich (separat via Website) noch die integrierte Garage gebucht. Hier hat es einen PKW-Lift mit maximaler 2m Breite! Es gibt auch offene Parkplätze.”

“Daniel was just amazing and the property has been very thoughtfully managed. Pool is immaculate. Location is just excellent and central to Bellagio. Only point of feedback would be the mattress in the bed being a little more comfortable. We will be back!”

“Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Sehr ruhige Lage mit Blick auf den See. Die Kommunikation mit Vermieter war perfekt, ging sehr schnell auf Wünsche ein. Kleiner Dorfladen mit Bäcker 5 min zu Fuß von der Wohnung.Großer Aufenthaltsraum mit Küche und Esszimmer. Waren eine Familie mit 8 Erwachsenen und zwei Kleinkindern. Es hatte jeder seinen Rückzugsort, trotzdem konnte man gemeinsam viel in der Wohnung unternehmen.”

“Ein tolles sauberes kleines Häuschen, was direkt beim Wald liegt, also am Abend beim Grillen hätten wir oft die Hirsche und den Fuchs beobachten können, was sehr aufgeregt war. Der Gastgeber ist persönlich vorbei gekommen, sich vorstellen und fragen ob Alles oki ist. “Very happy with Icon. Entrance and access were convenient and easy, location very good, with bus stops within a 2-3 minute walk, the Lido/Cassarate area only 12-15 minute walk, and downtown only a 20-minute or so walk. The building was modern, and accommodation was very nice. Murphy bed very comfy, good kitchen and a very good bathroom with a rain showerhead. Nothing but nice things to say...we really loved it! ”

“Communication with Liz was quick and she answered all our questions quickly. The house was easy to find and we could walk everywhere. The numbers for taxi provided made it easier on checkout day to pick us up and take us to the train station. I would recommend that for checking in but we managed ok. The bedrooms are large and we had plenty of room. ”

"We booked a room for 2, but an extra twin bed was already there, so we are given a room for 3. The room is classic, clean and comfortable, with good air conditioning (but only Reception can adjust the temperature ) The wooden floor squeaks when stepped on . During our stay the elevator was out of order for a few hours, but quickly fixed. Breakfast is decent. Overall very one here is very nice ."
