You will enjoy complete off-grid privacy in the 40 ft tower, while also having modern amenities such as radiant heat floors, AC and high-speed internet. The ranch is full of private trails, as well as access to more than a 1 mile of private Eel river frontage with excellent swimming holes.

The main house will be vacant during your stay, so you also have access to the large deck and BBQ area there.

You will get sweeping views with minimal signs of human activity in all directions. And all 1500 acres are full of private hiking and swimming opportunities.

Note that the tower has 3 stories and moving from one to another is by the outside staircase.

First floor is the luxurious bathroom with heated floor and 2 person shower with 3 shower heads.

Second floor is the bedroom with a queen bed, 65" streaming TV and attached 1/2 bath.

Third floor features the lighthouse-style cathedral cupola, and includes a small kitchen, dining and sitting space with high-end appliances and wood burning fireplace.

For the ultimate arrival/departure ask us about Helicopter charter from Santa Rosa Airport. You can fly in from all over the Pacific Western region and transfer directly from there to the helipad on the ranch.
