「Detroit is full of beautiful old buildings and this is a great one, run by the same woman who worked on its renovation. I stayed in the Dahlia room, which has a jacuzzi and lovely fireplace. The bed was extremely comfortable. Morning coffee is served in a gorgeous parlor and solarium, and the proprietors are very attentive and helpful. 」

「The staff was quick to help us with check in! Our room was cute and the candy bar was a must stop at! The atmosphere and aesthetic of the bar made it so fun to linger around in! The cafe had an amazing barista making the best miel I’ve ever had! Will definitely be back any time we have to be Detroit again!」

「Clean venue and nice locations. However, you will hear everything with the thin walls. I heard everything happening in the hallway along with all the noise and traffic outside. The price was nice, but I'm not sure I'd stay here again just due to the noise. Everything else was great. 」

「Right in the heart of downtown Detroit. Close to everything. City is doing a ton of improvements to the area and it’s definitely in transition in a good way. Nice kitchen and unique rooms with a beautiful view. Will stay again next time I’m in the city.」

「The hotel is well maintained, beautiful, clean and comfortable. The staff is welcoming, friendly, and really lovely. The location is perfect for exploring the city - we were in for a Tigers game, and it was an easy 15-minute walk to the game. There is a people mover station right across the street which is super convenient as well. Will absolutely stay again!」

「The Cochrane Inn is run by a pair of wonderful sisters, Rica and Winky. I arrived at the Inn way ahead of the check-in time and was exhausted due to the longhaul flight. They offered me complimentary breakfast and accompanied me while I was waiting in the lobby. The room was clean and comfortable. This was my first time being able to fall asleep on a hotel bed without the help of melatonin pills! The Cochrane Inn is truly a magical house to me!  Thank you for the awesome stay once again, Rica...
