「It's pretty good in the scenic area. The front desk staff is very enthusiastic.」

「Hotel was clean. The staff was so friendly. It's in a great location and within walking distance of main street in Gatlinburg.」

「We had an absolutely wonderful stay here for our babymoon! From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The view from our room was incredible and made for such a peaceful, relaxing getaway. Our hosts were truly exceptional — so kind, welcoming, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. The fresh-made breakfast every morning was such a special touch and something we looked forward to each day. We also loved having access to all of the resort’s amenities and really appreciated...

「Tiny home has everything you need. Love everything about this place. Location is perfect. Highly recommended.」

「We love the room decor!」

「No breakfast.」

「Very pleased with our 2 night stay at the BearSkin Lodge in downtown Gatlinburg. We upgraded to a room with a balcony and water view. It's nice and quiet there, the room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The lodge desk workers were friendly and helpful. The lodge is located near the end of downtown Gatlinburg which was also nice with fewer people roaming around. Nice place to stay!」

「Our stay was for two nights. The room was clean and fresh. The staff at the desk was courteous and very helpful as we checked in. The cleaning staff was prompt and did an excellent job. The breakfast room was well supplied with many options. The only problem was that there was no elevator to the second floor and my wife who has knee problems had to climb up and down the stairs.」

「The room was clean , air conditioning works perfectly. Cleaning service was very good they help and answered all questions. The hoter is walking distance to the mains atractions .」

「进出方便，喜欢它的2楼是通道，不用走楼梯。」

「All good」

「As always, I did so much research with stays in the area. Great place to stay for visiting the national park and convenient to downtown Gatlinburg but not in the center of crowds and noise. Amazing value and I would highly recommend. Decor and pictures of history of AT made it extra special.」

「I’ve been coming to this hotel for years, and it’s always one of my favorite places to stay in Gatlinburg! This trip was extra special because I brought my 85-year-old dad, and it was his first time staying here. We both loved it! The location is perfect, right in downtown Gatlinburg, and the front porch is one of my favorite things about this hotel. Dad especially loved sitting in the rocking chairs by the fire, just relaxing and watching everything going on. There’s also a cozy fireplace...
