"Checked in on Sunday for a overnighter. The young lady at check in was as pleasant as apple pie , and we had a good laugh over customers who don't listen to instructions. Our room was amazing and huge- Frig, microwave and a breakfast bar to eat a quick meal. Something that we are not used too. The balcony was a nice surprise and we enjoyed the view. The grounds were well manicured and clean. We met a nice Amish family and played a game of corn hole and girls win !!! .. Breakfast was OUTSTANDING !!!! Almost as great as our stay in pigeon forge a few years past. The staff was amazing friendly and outgoing, something you no longer really see anymore. We will be rebooking soon. Keep up all the good work... Scott and Karen"

"It is a beautiful hotel. The staff was wonderful. The restaurant is great. Our disappointment was in the room for the large price we paid. The room was much smaller than others. It did not have a microwave or fridge. The shower was dangerously small and extremely slippery. No hand rails at all. ( has towel racks on glass door but can’t use as a hand rails or it would break the door) The slippery fiberglass floor in the shower had no ridges or protective grooves. Very easy to fall. I know from experience. But beautiful setting and wonderful staff."
