"Fabulous communication from Mark from start to end. He informed us about everything about the house and including the best of the local area. Lots of information in the house too. The house.. wonderful. The pictures do not give it justice and it was like a home from home with everything we needed. A great size for our party of 4 adults and a fantastic, huge balcony to look out to sea, and watch the sunrise and sunsets which were beautiful. The house was clean throughout and suited us perfectly. We didn’t use the downstairs shower but the one upstairs was lovely, great pressure and hot! The 2 double beds were comfy and the bedrooms are big with plenty of storage and you can walk out onto the higher balcony. Even though it was chilly outside, the house was very warm and toasty. If you are looking at it to book, do it! There are a lot of steps so you need to be able to manage those, and no local shop so stock up first! We highly recommend this property. "

"What an absolute pleasure it was to stay at this incredible property! Our family of 5 adults, two small children and two dogs thoroughly enjoyed a great week here. The weather was fantastic which always helps, but what makes this place special is the view which is to die for and the lovely, welcoming hosts. Communication with Petra and Shaun was always prompt and friendly, and the welcome hamper and beach toys waiting for us on arrival were so appreciated! Yes this place is somewhat difficult to access (a very steep and windy road leads to the ample parking but I promise the view is worth it!). We also struggled a little with my 80 year old Dad getting up and down the spiral staircase but we knew this might be an issue on booking. However the amazing view from the patio where we spent many sunny hours, the homely touches and the visiting peacocks all made for a truly memorable stay in Cornwall at Treglisson. We loved the area and explored some great little villages and beaches (Polperro was out favourite). We'd love to return!"

"My husband and I stayed in "Hawkins" cottage at Portwrinkle and we couldn't have asked for more. It was perfect for us and the cottage had everything we needed and was nicely decorated and well laid out. The hot tub was a great feature. One of the reasons we chose this cottage is because it has a conservatory overlooking the sea, in case of inclement weather. However, it was a beautiful week so we made full use of the terrace and garden. Our dog also enjoyed his stay and the lovely beach walks and SW Coast Path nearby. A lovely break! "
