“The transportation is very convenient, but the facilities are a bit old ”

“From the moment we arrived, Carlos at the front desk was very sweet and helpful throughout our stay. The room was incredible with the most amazing view and a wrap around terrace. Nespresso machines provided in our room! Worth every penny! Location was incredible and we will be back every year for our annual NY trip.”

“Hotel hits all the 5 star spots apart from 2 points. 1 - the rooms are not soundproof at all, and being able to hear the conversations in the room next door so clear that i could repeat what they were saying is not what i would expect. Second - the front desk staff are not as polished and committed to the level of service i would expect from a top end 5 star hotel. Doormen were top class. All in all it's a good hotel, but with so much choice in NY, i have stayed in better.”
