「Person checking us in could not understand us and did not communicate that we had requested a late check out. Sheets were absolutely filthy and looked as if they had been previously slept on. We had a ridiculous time getting toilet paper and person at reception 5 was rude. The towels were awful and smelled like cat urine. The toilet paper had been previously wet. Bathroom was extremely dirty. The only plus was the view of the Empire State Building. This is a one and done!!! I do not recommend at...

Also, we were notified upon arrival that there would be no hot water for the entirety of our stay, without any advance warning. 」
