"We stayed for 3 days, 2 nights. We put our sign out to have the room cleaned while we were gone for the day, but it was not cleaned. Our shower water was hot only 50% of the time and we never got new towels. The location was great for our trip. We appreciated having breakfast pastries in the morning along with water. It was helpful having a noise machine and steamer in our room for the stay."

"Feels quite old, but it’s overall ok. The front desk and staff are amazing, but there isn’t enough people to get the phone when you call guest services."

"This is an older hotel, in very good condition. The rooms are smaller than some modern hotels, but we loved it. The location, with the subway 100 feet away, is fantastic. I loved this hotel!"

"This hotel is our go to for any time we visit NY. Love everything about it! Great spacious clean new rooms, wonderful staff. Excellent location, conveniently located within walking distance to a plethora of amazing restaurants and shopping plazas and or an Uber ride away to other parts of NY for when you want to explore. Highly recommend!"

"Outside is terrible If you going with kid becareful, the room good but the clean so bad we founded cockroach in our room. "
