“Not far from Hudson River park for pets, short distance to subway. Easy access to/from Lincoln tunnel. Much of midtown was walkable, everything that wasn’t was easy to get to from subway. Nice bathroom, legit kitchen, everything easily accessible by the guest.”

“The room was clean. The host for the most part was amazing with communication. The only thing I have to say is that we asked for the rollaway around noon time and I had to follow up when we got back to the room at 8:30 p.m. because it hadn't been delivered. But they were very prompt once I contacted them and we had it within a half an hour. Also the host was amazing and let us in our room when we got there at noon time rather than making us wait until 4:00 p.m.!”

“My child participated in the itheatrics camp, and this location was perfect. He felt safe to walk to rehearsal every day and we could easily walk to shows every night. The location is as described in listing. Small kitchen and living space, but bedroom is large. I felt secure accessing and while inside the building. We saved lots of money having a kitchen available to make simple breakfast and lunch. Every night dinner was out and the food in the area is amazing! There are a ton of laundromats……

“The good: location, quiet building, well-lit unit, decent water pressure, air conditioners. The bad: extraordinarily poor value with subpar basic amenities (threadbare towels and sheets, no hand towel for bathroom, no dish towel for the kitchen, worn out and uncomfortable couch, stopped up tub/shower drain). Host communication was also very poor. Whoever manages the property never responded within a timely fashion via the VRBO app. Despite spending an extra 199 to check in at noon, instructions……
