“Easy check in. Great correspondence from the property prior to arrival. Less than a mile from Lane Stadium and the VA Tech terf soccer complex. Excellent breakfast! Would definitely stay again.”

“As soon as we checked into this property, we checked right back out. We found black mold in and around the shower, as well as around the windows. The bed was hard and lumpy and the room felt strangely empty. The staff was understanding, however, we are still waiting on our refund to finish processing ”

“This hotel is adorable! The mid-century modern style decor is both vintage and modern. The room was well appointed and clean, and the bed was soft! I have saggital arthritis and usually struggle with hotel beds, but this one was pretty good. The restaurant on the top floor was fabulous and classy. Will stay here again!”

“There was an old dirty looking armchair in the corner. Hair clog in the bathroom sink and no stopper for the sink. Heating unit ran so loudly TV volume had to be turned up very high. No facial napkins in the container. A small glob of some small substance was on the floor between the bed and table lamp furniture surfaces or scratched and worn so they did not look clean. The staff I met however were polite and helpful. ”

“The room was clean, it was quiet and the staff were very friendly. The breakfast was outstanding! I had buscuits & gravy, scrambled eggs and a blueberry muffin. Everything was great! Highly recommend.”

“Checked into a room. There was no toilet seat on the toilet as it was laying in the floor. There was no shower curtain, the towels were stained, the drawers were all broken and missing handles, there was trash in the drawers, the bedspread was dirty with burn holes in it. There was no remote, no ashtray and the AC unit looked like someone had taken off the front and didn't put it back on all the way. It was disgusting! I quickly complained and went and stayed somewhere else. ”
