“Very nice front staff. Rooms are very small, but fine for a short stay with just the two of us. Location can’t be beat!! Rooms have a coffee maker and fridge, as well as a microwave.”

“This is a hotel that is now really run down. The room smelled stale. The windows are permanently sealed. The shower did not work properly. The plugs are in weird places. The gym is run down and shabby. The elevators are under repair. The service in the bar was slow. The whole place just feels tired and musty. I am lazy and generally do not write reviews but this place needs a wake up call.”

“Ellie welcomed us warmly and efficiently. We stayed in "Penny's Attic" so it was perfectly situated for my daughter and her husband in the main room and me in the alcove. We even had the top floor deck all to ourselves - beautiful sea breeze was felt even if we couldn't see the ocean. Close walking distance to restaurants, bars and shopping. Breakfast was beautifully prepared and served. The only constructive criticism is the bed in the alcove is terribly hard and really uncomfortable. ……

“We had a wonderful stay at this bed and breakfast in St. Augustine! The location was perfect—an easy walk to downtown, making it convenient to enjoy all the shops, restaurants, and attractions. “We love staying at The Collector and have several times. It is always very clean and well kept. It is antique and if you are on the lower level you will hear the guests above walking on the wood floor. Try the Well for a cocktail, they never disappoint and the staff are all great. The pool is a welcoming relief after walking all day through the shops and historical sites.”

“We have stayed at this inn for the past 5 years, and we love it; however, we were shocked to find out when we arrived that they are no longer offering breakfast and drink vouchers to those who book through Expedia or any other third party. This was very disappointing, as it was always a nice perk we looked forward to when staying at the Casablanca Inn. That aside, the location and historic charm is great.”

“We had a lovely stay at The Kenwood Inn. Pat is a wonderful host, Chef Adam created delicious breakfasts for us and catered to our vegetarian diet, and breakfast was served by Barbara, who is so very sweet. Our room was beautiful, and the bed was like sleeping on a fluffy cloud. We had access to bikes, a pool, a balcony with a lovely view and were within a short walking distance to many restaurants, the bay, shops, and galleries. We will definitely be back!”
