"Clean room, most of the staff were great (Gabriella at Bellpine, Nico in the Club Lounge and Thomas are amazing and keeps us coming back). There were some female staff in the Lounge that were not very nice in regards to letting us take food and/or drinks to our room and told us that we are not allowed to do that? That was unpleasant and didn’t make sense to us when we saw others with to-go boxes taking food and beverage to their room. The amenities are wonderful though. Beautiful building and decor!"

"Such a great value for your money! Rooms are clean, nicely decorated, and the front desk staff is very professional and kind. The location is perfect for a downtown weekend, and if you’re not used to city noise then bring a sound machine. We didn’t mind at all since that’s the price you pay for a killer downtown location. It feels safe and family friendly without feeling chaotic and close to all public transport. Thank ya’ll so much, we’ll be back for another get away soon! We stay in a lot of little hotels for weekend getaways and this one will stay in our top 5 because of the service, price, and location! "
