「Room was pretty clean but we had a few issues. The refrigerator had been turned off and leaked water all over the floor. All staff did was hand us some towels. They needed to wet vacuum the area. Electrical outlet by the bed was so worn out that my phone charger kept falling out. I also did not care for the lavatory that was outside the bathroom right by the entrance door. Gave you no privacy.」

「The cleanest and well maintained property I have stayed at in Pigeon Forge. Friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was good just a busy place in a small space . It does allow pets which is hard for people who are allergic to fur like I am. All things considered it was a great experience.」

「I really wasn't happy with this hotel being a microtel I expected more. Upon checking in I was giving a room that smelled bad like mildew. I was given another room with smell damp and felt wet. The sheets was stained the comforters was stained and dirty.the breakfast wasn't good on juice like water. I guess it was frozen anyway. All in all, I enjoyed the city, the mountains, the views, the stores had a wonderful time in the city」

「My family love staying here, they have a 24 hour pool area and that is so great for the kids! They love to swim and we dont have to be back before it closes! And the variety of breakfast (included i might add!) We always try to stay here when in Pigeon forge!」

「We have stayed at this hotel three times and have never had problems like we did this time. The reason we chose this hotel is because our kids like the waterpark. On the second day of our stay, the waterpark (outdoor slides) never opened. We had six people in our hotel room and at no point were we provided with a sufficient supply of towels, blankets, pillows, or toilet paper. This is a nice hotel, but for the price we paid, I expected better.」

「The broom was very spacious in the beds were very comfortable. Everything was very clean. And also had a really awesome pool area that was open late, which was awesome after we came back from the theme park. It’s also close to everything which is awesome.We would definitely stay here again.」

「The outside property was great and well maintained. Pool clean and area kept well. Our room was only cleaned once during our stay. Prefer bed changed/made and trash emptied each day. Room provided was near elevators and wasn't insulated well. Heard working noice all throughout night. Staff were helpful and very pleasant.」
