"This hotel was amazing! We were the only guests and they let us check in early and check out late which made our trip so much smoother. Lauren was incredibly helpful and left me a wonderful note. I can’t say enough about the view! We had our own seating area on the upper floor and we could watch the ocean and sea birds endlessly. I got up early and walked right across the street to have my breakfast and watch the sun rise over the ocean. Couldn’t have been a better stay! Highly recommend! Hope to stay again. "

"Stayed here in 2023 and found it worked very well for my family of 9 siblings all age 70 or better. We are now sadly down to 8 with the loss of our eldest sister. The house was a wonderful place to gather to celebrate her life and to remember with love those moments when we were last able to spend time with her. As with our last stay the hosts were great and very responsive to all our needs. Also the kitchen renovation done since our last stay opens up the first floor vastly improving the flow of the space for an extended family gathering. The views and now the memories of our gatherings here are truly priceless. "

"The property could not be in a better location. The home is super cozy and has definitely been lived in - but those are all positives to me and my family. The proximity to the beach, access for our Labrador, and ease of getting around really made for a week of great memories for me and my family. Access to the water in the backyard/kayaks was a real treat and all that we could really ask for! The house has ample space, top of the line appliances, and everything else you would need for a great family get together on the water. We very much appreciate the owners for opening up their Cape Cod house that would otherwise be unattainable. Thank you, Del Mar and host family. We will definitely be back soon!"
