Lovely bed & breakfast! Very friendly staff and delicious menu to choose from for breakfast each morning. Had an early train on departure day and was still able to grab yogurt and fruit before heading out!

Overall we enjoyed our stay. We were sad that they did not have king bed. Shower did not drain properly and was very slippery. The proprietor was incredibly friendly and helped solve the slippery shower issue immediately. He is very attentive and helpful. Good breakfast. Parking was a little bit of a challenge but at least it was on site.

Dumfries villa anytime

A warm welcome from the host, we had plenty of room to park ( always a good thing) the bedroom was nice and spacious with a small but functional bathroom. Breakfast was excellent the first time in 2 weeks in scotland where the poached eggs where cooked to perfection. (I love a good breakfast)

This property is in an ideal location being a five minute walk from the centre of Dumfries Colin was a great host with a lot of knowledge concerning the surrounding area and the centre of Dumfries.

A little gem in Dumfries

We had a lovely stay at this B&B , the host was very welcoming and gave us information on where to go, the room was clean and comfortable and cosy. Breakfast was the best I’ve had and I’ve stayed in a lot of places. I definitely would stay here again. And not forgetting the girl who served breakfast she was lovely

Staying in Dumfries? then the Villa is for you!

Lovely stay. Colin and staff were perfect hosts, the breakfast was excellent, the location was good and very convenient for the train station. All in all a very good experience.
