“The room was spacious and clean, except for those unprofessional front desk staffs. The first male staff did not explain the deposit and vacation fee, and did not smile at all. Though I understand every hotel requires deposit and vacation fee, this is very unprofessional that he just directly record my credit card without a word. Also, there was another female staff very impatient who yelled at us to open the front door by key card, and never greet to us. I just want to say this is a fine hotel,……

“I want to start by saying that the hotel staff was very friendly, courteous, and helpful throughout our stay. Unfortunately, the condition of our room did not meet our expectations. When we arrived, the room was noticeably dusty, and the sheets, duvet, and mattress protector all had multiple stains. We immediately requested fresh bedding, and while the staff responded promptly, the replacement sheets also had stains on them. We reported the issue to the front desk, and they informed us that……

“Our stay at the Roost was amazing. The staff was extremely helpful and so nice. Anytime we needed anything it was taken care of. It was so wonderful having a washer and dryer in our room. We were close to so many great restaurants and two Metro stations. I told my husband I was ruined because now I don't want to stay anywhere unless it's like the Roost.
