It has 3 separate bedrooms, 1 master bedroom with a king sized bed, 1 bedroom with a queen sized bed and 1 bedroom with a set of bunk beds and a twin sized bed. There is also a roll-away bed stored in the master closet. There are 2 full sized bathrooms. The main bathroom has a shower/tub combo and the master has a stand alone shower and a huge upgraded soaking tub.

The kitchen has a breakfast bar that seats 4, dining table that seats 10, stainless steel appliances, and is fully stocked with utensils for all your group’s needs. The kitchen has the following items: plates, bowls, cups, mugs, glasses, silverware and cooking utensils. There is a full set of cookware, including a large pot with lid. There is a crockpot, set of mixing bowls, traditional coffee maker, keurig, toaster, blender, mixer, baking pans, cookie sheets, storage containers, bbq tools, cutting board sheets, knife set, free standing high chair and more.

Along with the 75” flat screen tv, the living room has a large u-shaped leather couch to accommodate large groups. Great spot for popcorn/movie night with your favorite people. There are games, puzzles, cards, books all located in the entertainment cabinet.

There are 2 outstanding decks to take in the mountain air and watch for wildlife. 1 upper deck is located out the back door of the kitchen. It is a great location for morning coffee or relaxing in the double hammock. It overlooks a gorgeous waterfall feature that attracts all kinds of butterflies, birds, deer and elk. If you love to sit quietly, listen to the sounds of nature and watch for wild life, this is the spot! The second upper deck is the full length of the front of the house. It has a door access from the living room and from the master bedroom. There are 2 comfortable Adirondack recliners outside the sliding glass doors of the master bedroom.

MASTER BEDROOM #1 (sleeps 3)
King sized bed with seating bench at the foot of the bed, office desk/makeup area with stool seating, 6 drawer dresser, 2 bedside tables with drawers, 2 full length mirrors, large walk-in closet, outdoor patio via sliding glass doors with matching Adirondack chairs to relax and enjoy the mountain air. Master bathroom has a standup shower and oversized soaking tub with a private toilet area and double sink vanity with a side linen closet. There is a roll-away bed stored in the closet that is available.


BEDROOM #2 (sleeps 2)
Queen-sized bed with end of the bed seating bench and chest of drawers. Large mirrored closet with iron and ironing board available. Located by the main bathroom which has a double vanity, glass enclosed shower/tub combo. Bathroom has a towel cabinet stocked with bath towels for your use.

BEDROOM #3 (sleeps 3)
Bunk beds and one additional twin-sized bed. Located next to main bathroom which has a double vanity and glass enclosed shower/tub combo. Bathroom has a towel cabinet stocked with bath towels for your use.

This property is perfect for a large family gathering to enjoy the inside roominess for family gatherings plus all of the outdoor lawn areas for playing outdoor games such as grass volleyball or kickball. The pavilion also has a basket ball hoop for a family game of 21. Fire pit with firewood available to enjoy an evening of sitting around and roasting marshmallows and telling stories.
