「When we arrived the front desk told us that the Expedía credit card was rejected, blaming Expedía. I insisted that I the room was already paid. Also the service was poor, they made us wait long for breakfast. I think that to minimize cost management has changed, but for the worse. The building is nice but front desk and people managing are not well trained. 」

「This hotel is Overpriced, overrated and EXPENSIVE!!! The food is ok but ridiculous expensive! Rafael was our waiter at the La Pampas restaurant was very misleading and tried to trick us in to buying food the we did not order. For the amount of money what we spent on this hotel I could easily have stayed at Ritz Carlton on Central Park NY. I will never go back there again!」
