"Host was very helpful we unexpectedly had an additional person come with us. They had a second bedroom in the same unit we were able to rent for a reasonable rate. Location was fantastic. Unit was clean and tastefully decorated. Highly recommend staying here. This is where I will stay again on my next trip to Edmonton. Porter’s Pub which is a local establishment about three blocks away was a very unique restaurant experience with board games and entertainment on the weekends a must to visit."

"Overall the stay was good, perfect for 4 females to have our own rooms. If you don't have a vehicle it would have been out of the way for most things unless you needed to be in Beaumont. A few things not clean, overall good. It would be nice if the firepit was left to use on the deck outback. It says parking is included, then in a blurb at the bottom of the posting says it's not due to grading construction. When we got the info email with check-in and rules, it stated the garage may be available for an extra charge. It can't be used because of construction unless you pay us extra for something that is stated to already be included. That to me is shady. That was my only complaint and I actually would say, take the parking off the ad and the street parking is perfect. Aside from that the owner seemed nice, quick responses and allowed a later checkout even though we didn't end up utilizing that option because of early flight times."

"Nice basement suit. Clean. Great location as we were in tournament at the Beaumont Rec Centre (short 6 min drive). FYI: This is in a new neighbourhood with front driveways making street parking limited and spaces small. There is a stretch of parking by the park down the street (about 10 houses away) if you can’t find any space closer or if you drive a truck. "
