“room too small, couldn’t get out of one side of bed. multiple trendy appliances connected to power boards. TV not working. host bought new tv and spent ages. trying unsuccessfully to connect it. Microwave had to be replaced. location disappointing, with no shops or cafes nearby. host very pleasant, but feel she is not well prepared.”

“I booked 2 rooms, one was much bigger and was better than the other but both adequate for 1 night. The bathroom in the smaller room was unfinished but totally usable. The shared facilities were good, lovely lounge. Beds were not that comfortable to be honest. Garden and outside areas looked lovely, a bit too cold to use unfortunately. Good quiet location and parking on site. Fridge, microwave and kettle in room was nice. We ate at a nearby restaurant called Lot 25, very enjoyable - good……

“Lovely location. Quite spacious . Parking about a 10 min walk away. I would not recommend if you have mobility problems as stairs are very steep and steps narrow. Otherwise pub noise was barely noticeable and cottage lovely”
