"Property is well kept, close to bridge and many activity’s. Pickleball courts at Dick Samp Memorial park were great. Restaurants and food very good. Even did some fishing. Sarah’s Crack hiking and kayaking. Busy few days but also time to relax at property. Great time! Blessed Easter."

"Out of all the condo listings I checked before booking, this was the nicest. The pictures make it look beautiful and when we stayed, the real deal did not disappoint!! The condo is neat and clean. The decor and furniture is stylish , nice and on point! The beds were inviting and comfortable. The view and location (literally toes in sand) was amazing. Would stay there again!!"

"This place was advertised as a resort but it was literally what looked to be a rundown apartment building that was turned into a hotel. The room was advertised as a suite and it was a one room apt that haas terrible water pressure, only a small love seat for seating, and a very uncomfortable bed. "

"My wife, dog and I could not have had a better experience. This property is exceptionally clean, modern, in a safe area and close to everything Havasu has to offer. We worked remotely from this property for four weeks. The internet was strong and had plenty of space for my wife and I to set up our work areas. "This place was so warm and homey. Short walk to the Rotary park and London bridge. All the neighbors were very friendly. Elaine was bet easy to work with. The couches and bed were very comfortable. "Our stay here was exactly as advertised and more! Perfect house - the layout fit our group perfectly even though we didn't use 2 of the smaller rooms. One couple decided to have a little more privacy and stay in adjacent Casita. The pool area with the grotto, hot tub and bar/grill got a lot of use. Loved how the large master suites opened up to the pool patio. The inside with large dining kitchen with the pool table had it all - even a separate refrigerator for more beverages. Everyone loved it....
