“Made a reservation for 2 nights for my dad. I called them around 9pm to let them know that he will be late for check in and won’t get there until midnight. The staff I spoke to on the phone was very rude and was telling me I need to update my card because there wasn’t enough money on it even though I clicked pay in property. Since he said “if the card doesn’t work, it’s just a piece of plastic” I transferred the whole amount to that card and also told them my dad would be paying with his card……

“The AC did not work at all! The sun set on my room window so that made the room extra warm. The front desk stated that some rooms had a motion sensor for the AC but wasn’t sure if my room did. But it did! I thought it was a camera because I was in the room several hours with constant movement, on high cool, constant fan, on 60 degrees. The shower leaked water on the floor. ”

“Arrived late, not a soul around. Kitchen and common areas were clean, headed to bed. Room and bathroom were clean and well-stocked. Love the quirky decor. Early breakfast - lots of choices, out the door. Online check-in, no check-out was a breeze. Would return.”

“I was on vacation, I didn't even check the hotels gym area. The staff was very friendly and there was staff visibly cleaning all the time. The morning buffet was average and the employees staffing buffet were very attentive and closely monitoring the food and breakfast seating area. The room was great, comfy bed, nice linens, and nicely sized room. I literally have one improvement that I asked a manager and that was they need to mount the tv on the wall with a swivel mount because it was……

“We had a fantastic stay! The location is excellent—right in the heart of downtown Greenville and within easy walking distance of all the restaurants, shops, and attractions. It made exploring the city incredibly convenient. The room was exactly what we needed: clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with great amenities. The entire facility was spotless and well maintained. We also really enjoyed the virtual front desk—it was quick, easy to use, and made the whole experience feel smooth and……
