「We had a wonderful, memorable stay. Communication about expectations for guests was easy. I appreciated the couple hours earlier than normal check in time since our son was arriving from his college about an hour away. There is plenty of space for a big group and despite the colder than average Thanksgiving weather, part of our group was playing Ultimate Frisbee in the back yard and having that open space to play was great. 「The apartment was clean and comfortable. Walkable to all event centers, downtown and restaurants. We did have trouble with our key fob on the second night. But even at midnight a gentleman talk with me and got us a new one in about 10 minutes. Parking was a little stressful at first but once we got the app and figured it out all was well. We will stay here again. 」

「Resevered an apartment with them for a school event received confirmation and the day of check in they could not find a reservation at all despite me having already been charged...their solution was to book a different available unit as they had several available, however, when the booking site contacted them they were told nothing was available...this resulted in a lot of food waste as i had brought things with me to put in the fridge. I was forced into a hotel with no fridge instead so on top...
