We had a great time and built memories we won't soon forget."

"We could not have asked for more. The cottage itself is an old fashioned Cape Cod cottage with a nicely updated kitchen and bath. The location was quiet and secluded but close to beaches and restaurants. Scott was great with any questions. Really a perfect place if you are looking for relaxation, peace and quiet."

"My bestie & I had our girls getaway at this wonderful little cottage. I absolutely loved it. Perfect for two single women, separate bedrooms, a nice little kitchen and wonderful screened-in porch that allowed me to sit and just look out at the water, seeped in peacefulness. We were lucky that no one else was in any of the other cottages so it was very quiet. There's a great Irish pub down the street where we had dinner one night too. I would highly recommend staying here."

"What a great place to stay! I was on the Cape for Thanksgiving so it was a different kind of vacation but just as much fun. This sweet house had everything I needed and close to town and the beach. I loved walking the Sylvan Path every morning. The host stayed in touch to make sure everything was fine. Thanks Sharon!"

"Quaint, clean house. Beautiful backyard that has a nice flat section for sitting and then slopes down to the lake. It was wonderful to have kayaks for afternoon jaunts on the lake after a morning of walking at the Mashpee Town Beach- which is connected to the South Cape Beach State Park. Drawbacks are 1) the property manager never got back to us with a solution to an issue. 2) the neighbor's house is very close and they have a TV on their porch which ruins a quiet evening on the renter's porch."
