The bed is very comfortable and the appliances and just about everything looks brand new. The grounds, pool area and views are amazing. "The property is as advertised. If you have a lot of people that just needs a place to sleep and collect yourseves, this is a wonderful place fir the price. The owner is a pleasure to work with and very responsive. Also met some of the neighbors and it is reassuring that they all watch out for one another."

"The place was nice and is clean. I knew it was a downstairs of a house. The owner does have a dog that barks from time to time in the evening and you can hear people above, but was not too much to handle. Overall was a nice place in a nice town."

The location is also walking distance to various shops, pizza, restaurants and bars. The river walk across the street is also great if you want to take a stroll. Carol was also great to work with. "This place is Fantastic, and Flora is Such a Great host!! Perfect location in Avon, super spacious, and clean, and has everything you need! Walking distance to restaurants and shops. This will now be our Go-to rental, each time we're back in CT to visit family. It is such a Cozy unit! The only suggestion I would caution, is that the stairs to enter/exit unit, are steep and a tight squeeze for anyone with mobility constraints."

"Wonderful place to stay, had a great time lots of instruments to try, had lots of space to spread out and hangout, the hot tub was very nice and clean.
