「Everything else was totally fine, but the deposit refund is so slow! I checked out of this hotel two weeks ago, and that $50 deposit still hasn’t been returned to me. Messaging them on Expedia didn’t help at all either.」

「Told front desk the first morning of our stay that there was no hot water and we had to take cold showers, they said they would look into it. No sorry. The next morning, cold showers again. I mentioned it upon checkout and the same rep stated the repairman said there was no problem. I told him that they should go take a cold shower then. The guy said oh ok. No personality, no I’m sorry, no discount, NOTHING. I would suggest that Expedia does not put them as a potential place to stay...

「This place was okay, we had to get rooms switched 2 times because one was under construction and the other had too much defects. This hotel looks like it’s going through a remodel phase. The room is nice but could be better w the noises that the shower makes, a/c and the door would not lock properly.」
