「It was a very comfortable stay in Jerusalem. The room size was reasonable and in general it is clean and tidy. There is also a swimming pool on the rooftop but unfortunately it was empty and not open, probably because it is winter. 」
「We stayed at the hotel for three nights from and booked a total of seven rooms. But what happened was a big surprise. On the first day of check-in, when I arrived at the hotel, no bellboy came to carry the luggage, and the doorman did not take the initiative to open the door. When we asked for a king room to be replaced with a double room, the front desk ignored us. When we ask what facilities the hotel has? The front desk replies back to the room to check for yourself....
